I bought this after extensive research into similar storage units, having previously owned a smaller Keter storage unit that performed well for me. A substantial box like this feels solid and has dark brown tones that blend seamlessly with my patio furniture. I'm pleased to say it matches the color of my existing garden furniture. The flat-pack was quite large and took some assembly effort - about an hour, but better to take your time and get it right. The instructions were clear, and all parts fit together well, although some of my friends have reported issues with their closing arms not fitting properly. Once assembled, the box is rigid and solid, holding up fine when open - even for two people lifting the contents. It's light enough to be easily moved around once it's empty, making it great for regular use. There are inset handles at each end for added stability, and there's plenty of room inside. The top is strong enough to hold a couple of adults securely, with a simple side-by-side metal latch that works well with a padlock for added security. A flat surface sits directly on the sides, without any lip or seal to prevent water from entering - although I've had no issues so far. If rain does start to get in, I might consider adding some extra protection around the top of the main box, such as a thin foam sealing tape. Overall, I'm very happy with this product and feel it's well worth its discounted price of less than £110.

It's been an incredible experience finding Kieter waterproof storage units, which we'd almost given up on last year. The moment I thought about purchasing again, two weeks went by and I suddenly remembered what a fantastic product they were offering. Its impressive size arrived at my doorstep with ease, and even I managed to lift it down the narrow alleyway without any issues - possibly two if you're bringing it into your home for storage purposes.

The assembly process was surprisingly straightforward, taking only a few screws to get started and then simply locating them in the provided slots. The hinges were easy to screw onto, with very good hydraulic action. I've decided to utilize this storage unit primarily for my garden furniture, winter covers, and other seasonal items that need to be kept covered every night.

The storage space is truly enormous - it's perfect for holding all our outdoor gear. My wife fits inside comfortably, and I've found myself easily storing a body within its confines, especially when working in the workshop or shed. A recent expansion of my garage required some extra storage space, and this unit has been a game-changer.

The unit is fully waterproof, which was initially a selling point for us before moving on to more premium products. I recently ordered additional units to store our garden furniture on the side of my workshop/shed, ensuring everything is safely secured outside. To keep our patio furniture dry, we've also opted for foam seat covers and even created a sunbed using a foam seat cover - it's been an amazing addition to our outdoor space.

With this product, I'm now fully satisfied with its quality and ease of assembly. We were pleased enough to order another storage unit after the initial purchase, which is where we got stuck in searching for more options that could match its performance. This particular model has already found a new home as part of my garden setup - it's also been spotted on one friend's loft, where they plan to build and store family photos and other items.

The delivery process took a bit longer than expected, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well-built this box looked out of the box - it had a nice patina and a sturdy feel. The instructions were easy to follow, but I did have to wait a few feet before they could arrive. Due to its size, there wasn't much room for error when placing it on my front porch, so it ended up being left on the bottom of the entrance step, which made me wonder if anyone would even notice it was there.

Despite this initial hiccup, I was pleased with how easy it was to put together and how spacious it is overall. The box itself has a pleasant aroma that didn't linger long after opening - a nice touch!
