Shire professionals will deliver and install your shed onto your prepared site. No ground work is included in this installation package, so a flat and level surface must be established prior to the team's arrival. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of the building. Shire's customer service team will contact you before the delivery to run through a checklist of questions regarding your site and base preparations to ensure your installation is not aborted. Within one working day of receiving your order, you will be sent a link to select a delivery day and you will be given base information too. A two-man team will then deliver it to your house and install it on the same day for your convenience. Please see the Robert Dyas terms and conditions for full Shire installation details. You may be asked to provide the following to a Shire representative before installation can be approved: - An explanation of where in the garden you would like the shed to be built. - An image of the area that you are describing. - Another image showing a spirit level on the ground to show that the ground is flat. - To cover the cost of parking permits if they are required in the customers area for them to park. Shire have also advised that after all of this has been provided, if they arrive to complete the installation and the ground is not flat they will incur an additional fee of £250.00.
